Janet Treanor
Janet is a contemporary painter specialising in oil and acrylic on canvas, as well as other media, including watercolours and pastels. Her work often uses large painterly marks, vibrant colour and use of light to accentuate her subject matterHer work is inspired by nature and the human form and uses an abstract language and frequently surreal imagery. She creates sculpture and does illustrations.She has exhibited her paintings widely, including Paris, for 30 years.Most recently with the FPS (Menier and Bankside Galleries London), also on LondonArt.co.uk. She also has work in private collections.
